Our staff are provided with a high standard of training. All staff go through an induction program and shadow a senior
member of staff in the field.

Staff are encouraged to attain their QCF 2 in Health and Social to gain further knowledge and qualification.

They are all put through an enhanced criminal check (DBS) to
ensure that they are cleared to work with vulnerable adults.

We are committed to achieving our stated aims and objectives, however despite everything we do to meet our service users’ needs; there may be areas of service they wish us to improve on.
