TLC Care Services is here to provide 24-hour Care Services to the elderly and adults in their home.

Our mission AT TLC Care Services is to deliver quality care and support that is catered to the individual needs of our service users. We aim to ensure that the care we provide, meets all regulatory requirements and maintains the continuity of care. The interests of the service users are paramount and we endeavor to ensure that each person will be treated as an individual to meets their needs.

Our aim is to provide quality care specially catered to you the service user. By this we work with you in in understanding your preferences regarding how you want the care to be provided and what are the expectations and outcomes.

Our Objectives are:

• To ensure that the needs of services users are catered to and met
• To promote the independence and choice of the service user within their home
• To be flexible and responsive in meeting changes to the needs of the service user in a timely manner
• To ensure that all staff recruited are DBS checked and highly trained in all aspects
• Our carers to recognize and report any signs of abuse and feedback any issues that may arise
• To ensure that the service provided is cost effective and competitive
• Maintain a rigorous quality assurance process to constantly review and improve our services
• To maintain constant communication between ourselves and the service user
